Project Description
The Cuptorul Moldovencei pastry chain is probably one of the most successful in its field of activity in the Moldova region, and the fact that the owners chose to work with refrigerated display cases produced by Igloo for all their pastry shops demonstrates once again that the equipment we sell is high quality and has an attractive design that can be easily integrated into any space.
Unlike the other pastry shops, where they had already switched from the classic Jamajka display cases to the straight-glass Innova ones, for the pastry shop in Alexandru cel Bun, Iași, the owners chose the Cube 1.3W 3P display cases due to space constraints. With the help of their dimensions, minimalist panels and lines, and the fact that this model of refrigerated display case is multiplexable, they were able to integrate, even in a small space, refrigerated display cases totaling 5.2 meters.
The Cube 1.3W 3P pastry refrigerated display cases operate with fan-assisted cooling, have 3 shelves and are made of thermally insulated glass with right angles to achieve a modern minimalist design. The 3 shelves are made of glass, are height-adjustable and have a depth of 515 mm / 425 mm / 345 mm.
The Cube horizontal refrigerated display case optionally offers a special humidity control system for the interior air to create an optimal environment for displaying any type of pastry products. This control system is designed to maintain the ideal humidity level to keep products fresh and appetizing.
