We are with our clients throughout the HoReCa space planning process, as well as during equipment procurement and installation. Unlike other professional gastronomic appliance suppliers, we also provide servicing for refrigeration equipment and professional kitchen equipment.

HoReCa equipment purchased from Splendid Service comes with a statutory 12-month warranty, during which we handle any required servicing as per the signed contract. After the warranty period expires, we can provide maintenance or servicing for all installed equipment, either under a contract or on request.
Our service team travels anywhere in the country, as quickly as possible, in the case of breakdowns affecting equipment under warranty or companies with which we have service contracts.
For any other requests related to equipment purchased from Splendid Service that is no longer under warranty, response time is between 4 and 72 hours from the time the fault is reported, depending on urgency. We also have a dedicated spare parts department for the equipment we sell, with a generous stock in Bacău.
