Project Description
The Cuptorul Moldovencei pastry chain is probably one of the most successful in its field in the Moldova region, and the fact that the owners chose to work with refrigeration display cases produced by Igloo for all their pastry shops demonstrates once again that the equipment we sell is high quality and has an attractive design that can be easily integrated into any space.
The story of these pastry shops began with a woman from Moldova, named Nicoleta Hrîțcu, who, out of concern for the nutrition of her children and family, discovered a passion for making traditional sweet treats from clean, quality ingredients, which she quickly turned into a successful business. Cuptorul Moldovencei is now more than a pastry shop — it is a "workshop of delights" with original recipes full of joy, waiting to be discovered, and the impact and value this business brings to the Iași community goes far beyond producing and selling delicious pastries.
Here you'll find traditional Moldovan pies with various fillings, cozonac (sweet bread), homemade cakes with butter, cream and all the other ingredients that make a great cake. The recipes in Cuptorul Moldovencei's portfolio are gathered from all corners of Moldova, to satisfy even the most discerning customers.
For the pastry shop in Păcurari, Iași, the owners chose a line of refrigeration display cases from the Innova range, with exterior panels painted in the Trend range:
Horizontal refrigeration display case for keeping refrigerated pastry products, Innova 140.140, manufactured by Igloo Poland
45° corner horizontal refrigeration display case for keeping refrigerated pastry products, Innova NZ45.140, manufactured by Igloo Poland
Vertical refrigeration display case for keeping refrigerated pastry products, especially cakes, model Innova T, manufactured by Igloo Poland
