Project Details
Glazurai is a brand of the Cuptorul Moldovencei patisserie chain from Iași. While the main business specializes in traditional pastries and confectionery products with the taste of childhood, Glazurai Patisserie takes it a step further with internationally acclaimed desserts, vegan and raw vegan tarts, cakes, gluten-free pastries, and savory tarts.
To furnish this patisserie, the owners chose refrigerated display cases from the Innova range: the horizontal display case Innova 140.140 (width 140cm, height 140cm) and the vertical refrigerated display case Innova T, for displaying cakes at controlled temperatures.
The Innova 140.140 refrigerated display case operates with forced ventilation, features a humidity control system, front panels from the Trend range, and thermally insulated glass with a black silkscreen-painted frame.
The Innova display case range features an innovative sliding front glass opening system with a magnetic lock, allowing easy cleaning and product display. Additionally, LED lights with a special hue for pastries, installed under each shelf, highlight all the products on display for sale.
