MONIQUE CONFECTIONERY IN FOCȘANI WAS EQUIPPED WITH REFRIGERATED CONFECTIONERY DISPLAY CASES AND THE NEUTRAL COUNTER JAMAJKA MANUFACTURED BY IGLOO.
Monique Confectionery, founded in 1994, specializes in the production, sale and distribution of pastry and confectionery products, based on traditional recipes, using only natural ingredients.
The confectionery has its own laboratory where cakes, cookies, ice cream, layer cakes, sweet bread and candies are produced, as well as three confectionery shops in Focșani. For the confectionery in Promenada Mall, the owners chose the Jamajka W horizontal refrigerated confectionery display cases, manufactured by Igloo in Poland. These confectionery display cases feature a curved front panel and side panels made of veneered particle board, in the DR06 Bologna Walnut shade.
The equipment used to set up Monique Confectionery includes:
2 Horizontal refrigerated confectionery display cases Jamajka W 1.3 (1370mm), wood panels in the DR06 Bologna Walnut shade, ventilated cooling. The display cases feature an optional special humidity control system for the interior air to prevent the dehydration or drying of pastries.
Neutral counter Jamajka, for the cash register, internal corner model, with wood panels in the DR06 Bologna Walnut shade.
