The exceptional pastries created by Pastry Chef Gabriel State have become renowned by many people. To rise to the level of their taste, we proposed a line of INNOVA professional confectionery refrigerated display cabinets, which allows a superlative presentation of the pastries.

The large glazed surfaces together with the LED lighting system placed above each shelf in the confectionery refrigerated display cabinets provide maximum visibility for all the pastries on display.
