Salbac SA is a company that constantly invests in the development of the factory, which also leads to a constant evolution.
For the salami production department of Salbac SA, we installed a refrigeration central unit with Bitzer compressors to supply the maturing room with VEMAG installations and the packaging rooms. In each cold room, an Alfa Laval blower with textile ducts was installed, and in the corridors, blowers for air conditioning. We also installed a VTS air handling unit and built the corresponding ALB ductwork, necessary for the fresh air supply.
The installations were designed and built to match the available spaces and the specific technical needs of the client. The installation was calculated by our engineers following a thorough evaluation and analysis regarding the factory's requirements.
