Project description
Food Truck Paninoteca is located in Bacău and is positioned very close to Cancicov Park, as well as the Betolla restaurant, which is part of the same group of companies, allowing the owners to benefit from the restaurant space while also being closer to customers.
The food truck concept emerged especially due to street food festivals and is becoming increasingly popular, as it allows owners to have a mobile business and participate in festivals throughout the country.
This small business has sandwiches, panini, soft drinks, and coffee on its menu, so equipment from multiple food categories was needed, all fitting into a very small space.
