Project Description
Turkey meat producer Galli Gallo from Codlea, Brașov county is present on the market with the Peneș Curcanul brand, and as part of a repositioning process in the meat products retail market, decided to offer its brand and products via franchise to small retailers interested in the concept.
One such case is the company Picoral SRL, which opened two stores in Bacău with Peneș Curcanul branded meat preparations and other food products, in the Piața Miorița and Cornișa Bistriței areas.
With high quality standards, Peneș Curcanul has a slaughterhouse compliant with European standards and a processing plant. The turkeys are raised on farms with avian welfare, and its products, with Halal and Kosher certifications, are available in its own store network and in retail chains across Romania, as well as exported to various European countries, accounting for 30% of annual production.
The project for the second Peneș store in Bacău, managed by Picoral, included the following equipment:
