The Ana State confectioneries represent a dream of the owners, born from passion and curiosity. Pastry Chef Gabriel State and his wife started their business in 1995, producing bakery products for 20 years, and in 2014, driven by the desire to explore new activities and pursue a childhood passion, they transformed the bakery into a pastry laboratory — quickly becoming a landmark on the Ploiești market.
Since 2015, Splendid Service has been the refrigerated display case supplier for the professional confectioners at Ana State, and we have always appreciated their technical choices, the way they emphasize the design of their spaces and the constant updating of the refrigeration equipment in which they display their delicious pastries.
For this project, Pastry Chef Gabriel State chose the Kameleo display cases in the Trend variant, manufactured by Igloo, with ventilated cooling and a humidity control system, to maintain proper conditions for the displayed pastries regardless of their type — whether with various creams, dry, or with whipped cream — preserving their texture, shape, appearance and taste for as long as possible. The display surface of the Kameleo pastry display case is much larger than other similar display cases.
An extraordinary feature of this display case is that the decorative panels (front and side) can be made in various colors and combinations, and later, if the pastry shop's design changes, they can be replaced very easily. This display case is designed to have low electrical energy consumption. For this reason, the lighting is standard LED, and the display case's refrigeration system has been optimized.
