ANA STATE PASTRY SHOP IN PLOIEȘTI WAS FURNISHED WITH KAMELEO REFRIGERATED, NEUTRAL AND ICE CREAM PASTRY DISPLAY CASES, PRODUCED BY IGLOO.
The owners of Ana State pastry shops in Ploiești want to offer their customers the highest quality pastries, so the refrigerated pastry display cases were chosen with the same idea in mind, knowing how important the technical details are for preserving pastries, while also appreciating the modern design of Kameleo display cases.
Ana State pastry shops in Ploiești embody the entrepreneurs' dream born from passion and curiosity and the desire to push their limits. Ana State SRL started its journey in 1995, offering bakery products for 20 years, and in 2014, the State family transformed the bakery into a pastry laboratory. Since then, they have been writing the history of what has today become a landmark on the Ploiești market – Ana State Pastry Shops.
Initially dedicated to the Romanian interwar pastry tradition, over time, wanting to be better and better and offering their customers diversity in their products, the pastry chefs at Ana State discovered new ways to delight the palate, create beautiful memories, pleasantly surprise through color, flavors, diversity and good taste. Therefore, they currently have their own pastry laboratory and three pastry shops, all designed and furnished to high quality standards.
All three Ana State pastry shops were furnished with horizontal refrigerated pastry display cases produced by Igloo and exclusively distributed by Splendid Service in Romania. The horizontal display cases chosen by pastry chef Gabriel State for the downtown location (Constantin Dobrogeanu Gherea Street no. 9) were the Kameleo model, creating a long chain of pastry display cases to offer a uniform design, as follows:
2 Kameleo W 1.3 (1405mm) horizontal refrigerated pastry display cases, ventilated cooling and humidity control system, with wooden panels in the TR10 / RAL 9005 shade from the Trend color range. Our clients chose as an optional feature a special humidity control system for the interior air to prevent dehydration or drying of pastries.
2 Kameleo N 0.6 (705mm) horizontal neutral display cases for pastry products with wooden panels in the TR10 / RAL 9005 shade from the Trend color range. This display case model can be produced in several operating variants (refrigerated / neutral / heated).
1 Kameleo Ice 1.3 (1400mm) ice cream display case for 10 flavors, with wooden panels in the TR10 / RAL 9005 shade from the Trend color range
