The history of the Cuptorul Moldovencei pastry chain started with an authentic Moldavian woman named Nicoleta Hrîțcu, who, out of concern for her children's and family's nutrition, discovered a passion for making traditional sweet treats from clean, high-quality ingredients, which she quickly turned into a successful business.
Cuptorul Moldovencei is now more than a pastry shop — it's a "workshop of delights" with original, traditional recipes full of joy, just waiting to be discovered. The impact and value this business brings to the Iași community goes far beyond producing and selling delicious pastries.
The owners of the pastry shop, in addition to the delicious traditional products with natural, fresh, and quality ingredients they create, have always placed great emphasis on the design of the spaces where they welcome their clients, wishing to offer them pleasant experiences and to keep their brand in customers' hearts. The refrigerated display cases for the pastry shop, manufactured by Igloo in Poland, the Innova model, blend perfectly into any space they have arranged — everything created with great taste, having a unified design with all elements selected with great attention to detail.
The refrigerated display cases for preserving pastry products are the Innova 140.140 model, with ventilated cooling, humidity control system, Trend-series front panels, and thermally insulated glass with a silkscreen grey painted frame. The Innova range features an innovative sliding front glass opening system with a magnetic lock, which allows for easy cleaning and pastry display. Additionally, LED lights with a special shade for pastries, installed under each shelf, highlight all pastries on display for sale.
This range includes a wide variety of display case models, allowing the creation of a complex line of equipment that is highly functional and has a unified design: vertical display cases, horizontal display cases with multiple heights, warm display cases, open display cases, neutral counters in multiple models, corner display cases, and ice cream display cases.
