Project Description
DULCE ACRIȘOR IS ONE OF SPLENDID SERVICE'S LOYAL CUSTOMERS, WHO CHOSE IGLOO'S REFRIGERATED STORAGE AND DISPLAY EQUIPMENT FOR SETTING UP THE PASTRY SHOP AND PASTRY LABORATORY.
The pastry refrigerated display cases from IGLOO were used to fit out the pastry shop. Even though they have been in continuous use for many years, they remained impeccable and perfectly functional. The quality of the equipment, as well as the customer's responsible maintenance, greatly helped in preserving their longevity. The owner chose a new location for his pastry shop, but kept the equipment and moved it without needing to replace it.
The line of refrigerated display cases manufactured by Igloo included the following:
2 Horizontal pastry refrigerated display cases Jamajka W 1.3m, ventilated cooling system, curved front surface. The cases feature an optional special humidity control system to prevent dehydration or drying of pastries.
Jamajka corner counter 90° external model, for the cash register
Aruba 2 ice cream display case 1.25m, for 10 flavors
Jola DRE vertical refrigerated display case for cake presentation
All the pastry refrigerated display cases in this project feature exterior panels made of wood-based board with a veneered surface, DR06 Bologna Walnut shade.
