Project description
The Jamajka refrigerated display cases with wooden panels and humidity control system were the perfect choice for showcasing the pastries at Ellero Pastry Shop.
Ellero Pastry Shop in Bacău was created following the requests of the clients of Ellero Guesthouse, which is part of the same company, due to the quality of the pastries and cakes enjoyed during events organized at this location. This pastry laboratory uses natural ingredients in their pastry production and they wanted the space design to emanate the same natural atmosphere, so they chose wood as the predominant material.
Igloo has a complex palette of colors and textures from which you can choose the model closest to the design you desire for your pastry shop space. The palette includes 18 wood shades.
The Jamajka W horizontal refrigerated display case for pastry shops with a ventilated cooling system is designed for displaying pastries and confectionery products, featuring an attractive design. The client chose the model with a curved front surface and exterior panels made of veneered particle board, in the DR08 Natural Oak shade. This model can be manufactured in several length variants (1400 mm, 1000 mm, 700 mm) and can have multiple optional features. The display case chosen by Ellero has as an optional feature a special humidity control system for the interior air to prevent dehydration or drying of pastries. Temperature control and operating parameters of the display case are managed through a micro-controller with LED display.
Overall, the refrigeration system of this display case is perfectly optimized to provide an optimal temperature-humidity environment for displaying confectionery products. This display case model can be produced in several operating variants (refrigerated / neutral / heated).
The project also includes a Jola MAL vertical refrigerated pastry display case. The Jola display case can be manufactured with metal panels or wooden panels, and the client wanted it to have metal panels in a golden bronze shade.
For the pastry laboratory, the client also purchased a pastry oven with 10 trays of 600x400 mm. We recommend visiting our online store for more oven models for pastry or confectionery laboratories.
