Project description
DULCE ACRIȘOR IS ONE OF SPLENDID SERVICE'S LOYAL CLIENTS, WHO CHOSE IGLOO REFRIGERATION EQUIPMENT FOR STORAGE AND DISPLAY TO FURNISH THEIR PASTRY SHOP AND LABORATORY.
Dulce Acrișor Pastry Shop was launched in 2005 and is the best and most successful pastry shop in Bacău. It is the brand that started the trend of premium pastry shops in the city.
For the pastry shop setup, IGLOO refrigerated pastry display cases were used, and even though they have been in continuous use for many years, they have remained impeccable and perfectly functional. The quality of the equipment, as well as the client's responsible maintenance, have greatly helped in maintaining their longevity.
Pastry refrigerated display cases
2 Jamajka W 1.3m horizontal refrigerated pastry display cases, ventilated cooling system, curved front surface. The display cases have as an optional feature a special humidity control system for the interior air to prevent dehydration or drying of pastries.
External 90° corner counter model Jamajka, for the cash register
Ice cream display case Aruba 2 1.25m, for 10 flavors.
All the refrigerated pastry display cases in this project are made with exterior panels of veneered particle board, in the DR06 Bologna Walnut shade.
