Project Description
Gherguț's Ranch is the story of a remarkable family, a dream fulfilled, representing an authentic Angus Aberdeen cattle farm near the city of Bacău. For this project, we built several cold storage rooms, but we also supplied the Pico 2.5m refrigerated display case for selling fresh meat products produced by the Gherghuț family members.
The animals are raised on natural feed, in stress-free conditions, in the heart of nature. This breed already has an excellent reputation among renowned chefs and beef enthusiasts, so we can say without hesitation that it is one of the highest quality in the Bacău region.
The owners chose to set up a food truck fitted with the Pico 2.5m refrigerated display case, manufactured by Igloo Poland, to benefit from mobility and test multiple locations for selling fresh meat products. Dragoș chose this display case because of its narrow width of 860mm, which fits inside the trailer, and its straight glass panels, which are very popular among our customers.
