Project description
New Grocery is a food store in Iași, dedicated to quality food products, both local and international.
An idea born during a conversation in Dublin, where visiting a friend working in the food industry, a taste duel between Romanian dishes and French delicacies was sparked. This experience inspired the opening of a store in Iași, called New Grocery, dedicated to quality food products, both local and international, promoting tradition and authentic taste. Starting in 2010, the store's story continues to evolve, and customers are invited to explore the diverse range of products directly on Bulevardul Păcurari.
This project included the following professional equipment:
Basia horizontal refrigerated display cases, manufactured by Igloo Poland
Milosz 2 wall-mounted refrigerated shelf with air curtain, manufactured by Igloo Poland
The display cases have a built-in compressor, while the Milosz refrigerated shelf is powered by an external compressor unit, positioned outside the space.
