Project Description
The Association of Ceangăi Hungarians from Moldova is a non-governmental organization from Bacău, dedicated to the development of Hungarian culture in Romania. Members of this NGO organize various events and programs in the fields of culture, art, music, and sports, with and for people who are part of the Hungarian community.
For the camp center in Vladnic, the president of the association chose to equip the kitchen with professional equipment sold and installed by Splendid Service. Since NGOs largely operate on sponsorships, it is necessary to find technical solutions together with our clients at an efficient quality-price ratio. Thus, together with the president of the association, we chose equipment produced by Vital for the thermal preparation line, a manufacturer from Turkey with whom we have been working for many years, and whose quality has been verified by our technical specialists.
For the neutral preparation areas, we included stainless steel furniture produced by Gastrometal in the project, a Romanian production company that uses AISI304 food-grade stainless steel with Scotch Brite finishes for its products. Most products were chosen from the standard catalog, but some pieces of commercial furniture were customized to fit perfectly in the client's kitchen.
The assembly of equipment in a professional kitchen begins with the production of the ventilation and air conditioning installation, and in this case it involves the assembly of a professional hood for the thermal preparation line. The company's technical team began manufacturing the necessary ducts for air evacuation from the hood, after which it was mounted in position with the necessary fastening elements. Finally, we connected the hood to the fan produced by Sisteven, specially calculated for the client's space, and additionally a Fasar speed controller was put into operation.
The refrigeration equipment, such as the refrigerated and freezing tables and cabinets selected, are manufactured by Forcar, while the kitchen accessories, such as professional pots and stainless steel pans and other kitchen utensils, are manufactured by Stalgast and Agnelli, one of the largest pot manufacturers in Europe.
