Project description
Doka Pan is a pastry-bakery that produces and sells products made in its own workshop by experienced pastry chefs, using the finest natural ingredients: pastries, cakes, puff pastries, pizza, pretzels and many other specialties. Doka Pan quickly made a name for itself in Bacău thanks to its attention to recipes and the diversity of its products.
The bakery owner wanted to produce as many products as possible in a relatively small but centrally located commercial space, which required many pieces of equipment, none of which were very large.
